The lifestyle packages are the most popular package that Peak Movement offers. This package will help you get a kick start to your new life and your new body. It will focus a lot on adaptation of your muscles, coordination, proper lifting technique, high intensity training and improvements on your cardiovascular system!
This package is usually purchased in small group form to help you stay motivated! (Plus it’s a WAY better deal for the same service) It’s better together ☺ However, if you want to work out alone with me, you have the option of doing one on one training.
If you choose small group training, you can choose to either do the same workout together if your goals and assessments are similar, or you can each do your own individual program, just during the same hour!
